Pigs: We only keep one breed of pig here at Temple Farm – the small but mighty Middle White. Middle White pigs are a rare native breed and, like most rare native breeds, are well adapted to outdoor life. Our pigs are 100% outdoor, and live on diverse pastures to ensure they can enjoy their natural grazing behaviour. During the autumn the enjoy acorns, windfall apples, and beech mast, which all adds to the delicious flavours. This is *not* like supermarket pork, this is far far more flavourful. For local customers, frozen sausages are almost always available. Quarter & half pig boxes are available in batches through the year, for collection or overnight courier.
