We specialise in breeding Whitefaced Woodland sheep – a stocky & hardy sheep from the north of England. Commonly known as “woodies”, they produce exceptionally tasty lamb, with great fat marbling, on nothing but our own species-rich grass & hay. Grass fed meats (particularly when fed on diverse pastures) have been shown to have similar Omega 3 & 6 ratios as that of Wild Salmon. This makes our extensively reared 100% grass-fed lamb & mutton a healthy edition to any plate!
