Our fantastic Toulouse style sausages, made with a courser grind and lots of garlic, from pork produced on our own farm in Devon. 100% pasture raised & fed a sustainable diet, ethically managed. Produced from rare breed Middle White pedigree pigs.

We like to use these sausages in the classic French dish – Cassoulet. They’re also great in a traditional sausage casserole, or just grilled on the BBQ as a meaty flavoured sausage.

Made by our butcher, these sausages come in approx 1KG bags (weights vary slightly), and contain no fewer than 10 sausages (usually 12-14).
