All ready butchered and vacuum packed – ready to go straight in the fridge or freezer!
Our quarter pork boxes will usually consist of butchered cuts from a 15 – 18KG quarter carcass. These cuts are:
Pork Chops
Rolled Shoulder joint x 2
Bone-In Leg Joint x 2
approx 1KG Sausage (10 – 12 sausages)
Spare Ribs (the boney sort)
Belly Pork strips
